Josh Thompson continues to excel both on and off the course, recently being named an Elite Golf Scholar at the Wentworth Golf and Tennis Foundation. An exceptional ambassador for the Foundation, Josh consistently represents its values through his dedication, sportsmanship, and performance at the highest levels of amateur golf.

A major highlight of Josh’s season was his selection to represent England at the prestigious Spanish Boys International, a highly regarded stroke play event that contributes to the R&A World Amateur Golf Ranking. Competing against top international talent at Fontanals Golf Club, Josh produced solid rounds and gained invaluable experience on the global stage.

 Josh has also competed in the English Under-18 Amateur Championship and the historic Sunningdale Foursomes, one of the most respected tournaments in the game, first played in 1934 and renowned for bringing together elite amateur and professional golfers.

 In recognition of his talent and commitment, Josh has secured an NCAA Division One Golf Scholarship at the University of Kansas, a Big 12 Conference university. This opportunity provides him with a world-class platform to pursue excellence in golf while achieving a strong academic foundation, ensuring a bright future both in sport and beyond.
