Junior Club Championship 2024

CONGRATULATIONS TO AVA BATES

Over the 31^st July and 1^st August our Juniors took to the Edinburgh and West Courses to compete in the 36-hole stroke play event to crown the 2024 Junior Club Champion.  Ava’s first round of 71 (-1) consisted of four birdies and an eagle on the par 5 10^th hole, putting her four shots ahead of the rest of the field going into the second round.  On day two Ava had another great round, shooting 76 (+3) on the iconic West Course to finish top of the leaderboard with an overall score of  147 (+2).

This is Ava’s second Junior Club Championship title, first winning in 2022 when she became Wentworth’s first ever female Junior Club Championship winner.
