We are delighted to congratulate Wentworth Foundation golf scholar Ethan Coetzer on a superb victory at the Surrey Golf Order of Merit Junior Championship, held at Sunningdale Heath Golf Club.

Ethan claimed the nett title with an impressive 40 points, playing off a handicap of 5.7, a round that also placed him 7th in the gross competition with a score of two over par. The Surrey Golf Order of Merit is one of the county’s most prestigious junior competitions, bringing together the best young golfers across the county. To perform at this level at Sunningdale Heath, a course that demands precision and composure in equal measure, speaks volumes about the progress Ethan is making.
