Foundation golf scholar Jasmine Kandlekar has been crowned Girls’ Under 19 winner at the 2026 Champion of Champions World Championship, held at the magnificent 5-star Lough Erne Resort in Enniskillen, Ireland.
The Champion of Champions is the world’s biggest junior golf champions invitational, welcoming over 250 competitors from more than 40 countries, each one a national or regional champion in their own right. Held on a Nick Faldo-designed championship course that has hosted the G8 World Leaders Summit and welcomed some of the sport’s biggest names, the Lough Erne Resort provided a world-class stage for what was a fantastic performance from Jasmine.
This is a moment that speaks directly to the heart of what the Wentworth Golf and Tennis Foundation is here to do. When Jasmine joined our scholarship programme, she gained access to world-class coaching from PGA-qualified professionals, use of Wentworth Club’s exceptional facilities, competition support and mentorship. Her success at the Champion of Champions is the culmination of her own talent, dedication and hard work; and we are so proud to have played a part in her journey.
Results like this do not happen by accident. They happen when talented young people are given the opportunity, the support and the belief they need to fulfil their potential. That is the Foundation’s mission – Breaking Barriers, Building Champions, Living the Legacy – and Jasmine embodies every word of it.
Congratulations, Jasmine 🏆💚
